January 28, 2026I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about six months now and I truly love it. The management team is extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance has been outstanding—very prompt, helpful, and always willing to make sure things are done right. Move at your own risk!
March 8, 2022If you like any of the following you should definitely move here: Mold Cheap rushed renovations Horrible customer service Trash piled up everywhere Contractors coming in and out of your place everyday leaving a mess A management team that does not take responsibility for their buildings, property, and hired contractors I lived with mold in my bedroom for over five months- no apologies, no accommodations, no acknowledgement. When you call the office, they sound like they are reading off of a ...script - no feelings at all for the customers concerns. Trash compactor is always broken - so they want you to let the trash pile up in your apartment (how does that make sense). They think painting over everything in black is called “luxury” - no, it just made it look horrible. If you come visit this place, make sure you pay attention to the details- everything is rushed, chipped, and not worth luxury prices. I am glad to be done with Sunbelt Properties. They made the last six months of my stay horrible!!!!Property Manager Responded

Love the new company
January 12, 2022I have lived in this community for almost 10 years and have seen a few management companies come and go. The new management company that took over the community in August is excellent! The new office staff are so welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is taking care of my service request faster than the previous companies. We are excited to see what the community will look like after the renovations are done.Property Manager Responded

Worst management company ever.
December 21, 2021I live in the apartments for 3 years. My next lease the want to raise my rent $497 a month. My roof has been leaking for 6 months. There is now mold on the hole where the water runs into my apartment every time it rains. Makes you wonder what it looks like above my sheetrock. My smoke detectors were going off for no reason so they just removed them and never replaced them. The lady in the office has been nothing but rude. The office is never open. The dog run has is missing half of the ...fence. My car gets broken into about every two or 3 months.Property Manager Responded

Crestmont sold to a new ownership in late August and the new ownership is renovating the community and increasing rents to be inline with surrounding competitors.

August 30, 2017I moved in August 26th 2017 and so far my husband, child and me love the place! Nice big 3 bedroom floor plan! Extra closet space and quiet at night! The air condition unit works very well and is quiet so it does but block out the tv.Review from Apartments.com

March 1, 2016I have lived here for a year now and have been very happy with the community. The location is great, close to shopping, Harbison Lake and the Harbison Rec Center, and the amenities in the complex are great, but the thing that will keep me here is the people. The office staff is friendly and efficient and they go out of their way to make this complex feel like a community. The maintenance guys are friendly and take great pride in the property. Best maintenance and office staff around!
March 1, 2016I moved from a house to Crestmont to be closer to my family. Anytime I have needed maintenance, which has been 1 or 2 times, Daniel and his crew have been here, addressed the issue. The overall experience of apartment living has not been too bad. The office staff are friendly, and will help you in any way they can. I would recommend Crestmont to anyone that needed an affordable apartment. And my dog Jack loves the doggie parks they have as well.Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2015I love the apartments. My husband recently fell and broke his leg! They moved us downstairs to a handicapped apartment and didn't charge us a dime! The ladies in the office are awesome and I can't say enough good things about the maintenance staff! Love it here! September 5, 2015I found 34 crestmont apartments while going thru the apartments app. Originally, the prices were over my budget. However, once I got there, they pricing had changed and it was much lower than I expected. The manager was so kind and she really helped me out. I love the style and the look of my new place.
