DO NOT LIVE HERE. Our unit was kept spotless and was still infested with cockroaches. We would see them daily. I would wake up with bites on my legs. The apartment was aware and did nothing, so we had to do pest control on our own and our efforts were fruitless. Bugs would come in through the shower drains and cracks in the tile. I've never seen so many bugs in my life and my previous housing had large holes that led directly to the outdoors. It was impressive how severe the infestation was, so I ...
imagine at least my entire building was compromised (and likely others).
The unit was disgusting when I moved in. I had to clean up dead bugs, contact lenses, hairs, etc. The location is ok and the rent is cheap, but I promise you it is not worth it. You can find similar priced places around the Hargrove area.
My roommate and I would regularly wake up to other residents blasting music in the parking lot or fighting. We are now getting charged for "damages" from previous issues and pertaining to pest control. What a joke.
It is disgusting and not worth it. Look anywhere else. Don't sign with SEALY. It will cost you later.
