Living at Crestview has been amazing! Amy is so sweet and wonderful. They are SO fast with maintenance requests and everyone always smiles and says hi when you see them walking around. Their communication with tenants is wonderful, they send out lots of text message notifications and reminders.

I lived there for nearly 3 years and enjoyed the experience very much. The staff is awesome, open and approachable; very friendly. Problems were handled immediately and the grounds were very well maintained. I would have happily stayed if circumstances hadn’t changed. Thank you Crestview for making my temporary home a great one.

I lived at Crestview for 3 years now and I loved it! Not only is the apartment well taken care of inside and out, but it also comes with a lot of utilities. My neighbors were always kind and quiet. I also liked how management always communicated with us about incoming storms, fun events happening in the area, and making sure we were all well taken care of. The few times I ever had a problem maintenance would take care of it right away. Not to mention the location is near grocery stores, a bike ...
trail, and other small businesses. It was a nice peaceful place to live. I recently moved out for career reasons and I highly recommend the place to others.

This place is terrible and ran by a bunch of bitter liars. I was unable to have my dog in my house for a period so before moving in my brother asked if the dog could come there. He was told yes! I gave my dogs photo ID saying he was a therapy dog. Gave shot records and he was approved to stay in the apartments my brother lived in. Once they decided they didn’t like my brother Management LIED and said they never approved the dog and evicted my brother. Based off a complete lie! Mind you he was ...
never late on rent and payed early. Then blamed him for their bad reviews that he never once did! I would avoid this place based off of how rude and disrespectful management is alone. The apartment is small with no central air and a bunch of high school acting people. Karma is all I hope for these people. I’d be ashamed of myself to be so sad and bitter.

We do have company policies, that you do have to abide by. in 20 years, we have never had an issue like this. Sorry we could not accommodate you. We did express what needed to be done to correct things, this did not take place. And legally you were not on the lease or contract, there for should not have continued to be at our community. My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We would have lived here a lot longer, but since we recently had our son and plan on having more children in the future, we just needed more space for our growing family! The staff and maintenance workers are absolutely amazing and super friendly! Amy is super sweet and has always been so helpful!! We recommend this place highly! The apartments themselves and around them are super clean and very well kept!

We live in an spacious two-bedroom, one bath apartment, I LOVE this area we (19 year old son in college and single mom)moved to Griffith to get away from violent in the Gary area...I appreciate this area so much, we take long walks to the parks and there is always something to do in the area, without driving to another community..our apartment is like an condo. a large living room and kitchen, walk-in closets and large bedrooms with large closets..and most important thing, we have windows in all ...
