Located in the small town of Apex, but far from being country. Apex offers an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, banks, schools, medical facilities, gas stations and outdoors activities. Surrounded by parks with lakes and ponds, nature walking paths, bike riding, skateboarding and etc. The Town of Apex is a ...very health conscious community and with strong family values. We have always lived in a house and were not sure how moving to an apartment was going to be, but this community is great. After living here nearly 2 full years I can say that we have had minimal issues, and they do a lot of preemptive maintenance and checkups that other places didn't which is nice. I'm worried about having to potential move due to job opportunities elsewhere and that I might not have as wonderful of an apartment. 5/5 stars from me!Property Manager Responded
