Love Cricket Flats, Good Management is essential and they are great! Nice apartments with roof deck with grill and fire pit, Located in the heart of Ardmore, I walk everywhere which is important for me. I have never heard a single complaint from residents, Just renewed my lease again !

Overpriced. Management finds creative ways to charge tenants on top of the substantial rent. Construction was poor quality and cabinets started falling apart in a few months. The dishwasher broke down four times in two years of living there. Also, the bathrooms don't have any windows.

The apartments are new and have upgraded kitchens and baths with wide plank wood-look flooring in the areas that do not have ceramic tile. The building is quiet and in an excellent location - you can walk to almost anything you could possibly need and only a two minute walk from taking a 2 hour train ride to NYC of 20 minutes to Center City.
