July 21, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOverpriced. Management finds creative ways to charge tenants on top of the substantial rent. Construction was poor quality and cabinets started falling apart in a few months. The dishwasher broke down four times in two years of living there. Also, the bathrooms don't have any windows.

The building is within walking distance to the train and suburban square. The apartment is constructed with thought and quality. The apartments are new and have upgraded kitchens and baths with wide plank wood-look flooring in the areas that do not have ceramic tile. The building is quiet and in an excellent location - you can walk to almost anything you could possibly need and only a two minute walk from taking a 2 hour train ride to NYC of 20 minutes to Center City. Although COVID has created some restrictions, the ...common areas are well appointed and offers the renters access to upscale extended living areas. I would highly recommend Cricket Flats.Read More
