If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My family lived here for 2 1/2 years, and we went through hell with them on the move-out. They request a 3 month notification before the end of your lease to let them know if you plan to renew or not. We were unable up provide that due to my husband being in ICU and sedated before and after the requested date. We were told by management that it could be waived due to the circumstances. When it was time to move, we were charged double rent for a month that we ...

I had no complaints with this apartment complex! It felt safe, it was clean, neighbors were quiet, I only saw bugs because I was on the first floor, never any roaches or anything like that. They have an exterminator that comes out every Thursday if you request it. I only didn't give it 5 stars because for the price, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. I would live there again if it was not for that. 10/10 recommend if you don't mind sharing. My neighbors were respectful!

It was this worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a rental property. This was just a temporary stay for me but not temporary enough. In the two years I was here I had a sewer back up and a flood from upstairs because there faucet broke. There’s a huge bug problem here, I consistently had to exterminate myself. I used to live here at Cromwell Valley apartments for two years between 2015 and 2017. I was happy during my stay except that there were so many ants and spiders. I was satisfied with their good maintenance, but please keep in mind that they always take your security deposit when you move out. In addition, they always charge you for carpet change, no matter how clean or dirty your carpet is. They charged me $830. I tried to keep that cheap and thin carpet as clean as possible, as I heard from our ...

During my two years there the bathroom ceiling leaked atleast 6 times. bugs are plenty as there is lots of grass around. The past winter of 2016 the rats chewed up mist of the residents car wires including mine. the trash ...

Cromwell Valley Apartments is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. The apartments are extremely clean and the grounds are super clean. It's centrally located in Towson. Each building has a minimum of three laundry rooms and they are kept clean daily. The apartments are super large especially the master bedroom. I love living here. You must come and check it out.
