Great Place!!!
September 5, 2025My son and I moved from out of state. The office staff and the maintenance staff are the best!!! They got our apartment ready for move in on a sweet special in no time. It’s safe, quiet for the most part to say we live right by a main road, and the price is very reasonable. We love it here!!! Our new place to call home!!! Bad management and cheap fixes
August 23, 2020They take forever to get requests done, old laminate flooring peeling up as well as just painted over counter tops, one pool is broke and filled with stagnate water and the other is barely kept maintained, always green by the end of the week. People will break into your car, they do not do anything about complaints from peoples dogs who bark all day and all night. New Management Is Horrible
February 18, 2020I’m only giving it 1 star because you have to choose a star. The grounds of this apartment complex is horrendous & it has gone down hill fast with the new management. The remodeling is cosmetic only and it doesn’t fix the real issues. The maintenance suck the suck & you have to wait forever in a day until they do anything. You will be lucky to get stuff fixed. There are ones that work there with records! I wouldn’t trust anyone from the office. The laundry rooms are very nasty with mold and ...mildew. The 5535 side has washers filled with nasty water. There is trash everywhere, moldy clothes, washers leak all over the floor, the tiles are coming up, they don’t clean anything, hair all over the washers, wiring exposed, and so much more. The work out room is just as bad. The is stuff written in the mirrors, the floors are nasty with sheet rock, mold, mildew, water spots and it’s never cleaned. The carpet in there is never vacuumed or anything. The sauna is very nasty and it stinks. There is exposed wiring along with the breaker box and a ton of other things wrong. The pool is almost all the way drained out but there is some water still in it & it’s very nasty with trash in it. They will take you on a loop for any work order including serious ones. Finally a place where people fix things!
February 17, 2018Just wanted to say that this place is much better then where I lived before. The management and maintenance staff have got it together. February 13, 2018My name is Mercy. I have enjoyed living here at Crosby Park Apartments. The staff is very helpful. When I needed maintenance, I didn't have to wait long to get anything fixed. Sherry is very personable and sweet. Grounds are clean and never have had a problem at this complex. I would definitely recommend Crosby Park Apartments. Horrible maintenance and apartment crew
July 14, 2017I have bed bugs and etc. I been told them multiple times about this issue. They won't clean my carpet but want their rent money on time. Maintenance don't do their job but seem to harass tenants.Property Manager Responded
