This is my first apartment I've gotten on my own and I wanted to wait till I was here for a few months to leave an honest review. I moved in roughly 3 months ago now and I have nothing but good things to say! The apartments are extremely spacious & we haven't had any maintenance issues since being here. The management is very nice I love the ladies in the office. Dana the property manager made the whole process super easy & was very helpful with this being my first time doing this. I am so happy ...
we chose cross creek as our home & we plan on staying for a while. The ONLY thing i can complain about is the hot water doesn't seem to typically last super long but you cant win them all. Overall very happy and content with cross creek.

They price gouge on rent renewal cost, because they can.So if you want your rent to go up $100 or more every year, check it out.
Also their pool policy is ridiculous as I’ve seen people leaving the pool, get in their vehicles and leave the complex .
Anyone can swim there. God forbid you get in the way of someone and their oversized rafts.
The trash butler program, I just love smelling the neighbors fish garbage all day and night, what a joke.

The apartments are nice size and the area is nice & quiet. Maintenance is extremely nice & always come as soon as possible to fix things. But management is horrible. Awful & rude. & they do not like little kids. There are two ladies who work in the office. They will be nice at first, then you will start to notice how snobby they can get.

Thank you for your comments. Cross Creek is known for its spacious apartment homes and it is often mentioned to us when prospective residents are searching for their new home. Damian, Nick and Eric are known by name here and are referenced often in our reviews. Our team clearly enjoys what they do and it shows! Cross Creek’s management changed in 2017 and nothing but positive reviews have inundated our site. We are proud of the many things that we've been able to implemented: Online portal, renovated suites, Halloween Trunk-or-Treat, door decorating contests and other community events. As we continue to strive to make the Cross Creek Community the best in Brunswick, we hope to create many more memories with our residents. We look forward to the new playground coming early December 2020, which will feature the Honolulu play set, a shade structure for picnics, swings, teeter totters, and toddler slide.

I just moved in May 2019. Dana property Manager, actually resides at Cross Creek Apartments. My first impression were very pleasant experiences.
During my first visit, Dana welcome me with a genuine big smile and was very eager & helpful to answer all my questions.
I noticed maintenance crew were smiling and courteous.
Very spacious suites, pool, exercise room.
Quite Area with quick access to highway.
Everything’s nearby; medical, food, shopping, school, post office and much more!!!!

Without a doubt they have been most helpful with any issues that may arise such as maintenance issues,ie; losing a key and receiving a replacement with no fee involved. Renter beware! Worst apartment complex to rent from! Potholes galore that management won’t repair and have only been getting worse over the last 5 months! Repairs to the apartment unit were needed day one of our lease! Thin walls, can hear everything from the neighbors above and below! Had maintenance issues from day one of our lease! management is terrible and are nothing but rude to tenants. Never renting from Cross Creek again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
