Horrible Place to Call HOME
July 14, 2020Don't move here, nothing ever gets done and when it does you have to go through loops to get it done. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They also have horrible customer service and close your requests without your knowledge or never show up and you have to be on them for them to complete things. Why should we do that? Why treat renters this way? Don't waste your time or money go elsewhere. Unless a major change is made by upper management this will continue down hill ...here.Property Manager Responded

Nice Place
November 4, 2016I've lived here 5 months. Overall it's a quiet place. I love that they have a separate pool for adults only to enjoy instead of having to go to the family pool. It has a beautiful walk/run/bike trail behind the complex along the canal. Staff are very responsive to any requests or anything that needs to be fixed. Close to everything and right on bus route. Several beaches less than 10 miles away. Only negative is garbage fills quickly and smells, but maintance does good job of regularly having it ...removed.... It's FL & the heat makes it stink. It's convent to have garbage bins directly outside complexes, but could all be moved further from living quarters to not stink so bad.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 4, 2015This is a Lovely place for any single Family/or a single person to live ,Lovely track to walk in the Morning/evening along the water nice many shopping very close by Super Walmart, Publix , Schools, Library and the Police station, the staff is helpful if u need anything to be done in your apartment,many friendly people /many kids to play with your Children so they will not be alone,The stores are in walking distance just great many Awesome things to do,,Also the Church for everyone to attend,Review from Apartments.com

August 31, 2015The pros: Its cheap. The cons: People park in your assigned parking spot, management refuses to give a receipt for rent payments, there was a body found in the canal directly behind our building, the trash fills up fast and it is the worst smell ever, the laundry machines require a special card that you have to purchase and every single dryer requires at least 2 times for even the smallest load of laundry to get dry, management loves to leave rude and intimidating letters on every single door ...at least once a month (even about things that do not apply to you), even though there are signs saying that solicitors are unwelcome and there are security cameras, there are always door hangers to come home to, the one security guard is nice but lacks the ability to make the community feel safe, they give you two keys for your mailbox and two for the apartment and only one of each key actually works, there are always children running amok past curfew, if you are unlucky enough to be put near the pool dont expect to be able to sleep in at all, there are always loud and obnoxious goings on at the pavilion and pool.. Okay so I have ranted enough about this place but honestly it is the worst place I have ever lived and I don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
