Honestamente, da la impresión de que existe una relación demasiado cercana con la empresa de remolque. Mi vehículo fue remolcado varias veces por razones que considero excesivas. En una ocasión, la registración había vencido apenas dos días antes y, en otra, por tener una llanta desinflada. Lo más frustrante es que colocan el aviso de advertencia durante la noche y a las 2 o 3 de la madrugada ya se han llevado el vehículo, sin ...dar tiempo razonable para corregir la situación. Además, cuando cambiaron las reglas de estacionamiento y exigieron que todos los vehículos se estacionaran de frente, muchas personas se confundieron debido a la costumbre del sistema anterior. Aun así, no mostraron ninguna consideración ni dieron un período de adaptación; simplemente continuaron remolcando vehículos. La empresa de remolque cobra tarifas exageradamente altas por recuperar el vehículo, a pesar de que el lugar donde lo almacenan está a menos de 10 minutos de distancia. Para colmo, los apartamentos son bastante pequeños y aun así aumentan la renta cada año de manera considerable, como si se tratara de una propiedad de lujo o con comodidades excepcionales. Los aumentos nunca se reflejaron en una mejor experiencia para los residentes. Horrible Place to Call HOME
July 14, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comDon't move here, nothing ever gets done and when it does you have to go through loops to get it done. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They also have horrible customer service and close your requests without your knowledge or never show up and you have to be on them for them to complete things. Why should we do that? November 4, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here 5 months. Overall it's a quiet place. I love that they have a separate pool for adults only to enjoy instead of having to go to the family pool. It has a beautiful walk/run/bike trail behind the complex along the canal. Staff are very responsive to any requests or anything that needs to be fixed. Close to everything and right on bus route. Several beaches less than 10 miles away. Only negative is garbage fills quickly and smells, but maintance does good job of regularly having it ...removed.... It's FL & the heat makes it stink. It's convent to have garbage bins directly outside complexes, but could all be moved further from living quarters to not stink so bad.Read More

The cons: People park in your assigned parking spot, management refuses to give a receipt for rent payments, there was a body found in the canal directly behind our building, the trash fills up fast and it is the worst smell ever, the laundry machines require a special card that you have to purchase and every single dryer requires at least 2 times for even the smallest load of laundry to get dry, management loves to leave rude and intimidating letters on every single door ...at least once a month (even about things that do not apply to you), even though there are signs saying that solicitors are unwelcome and there are security cameras, there are always door hangers to come home to, the one security guard is nice but lacks the ability to make the community feel safe, they give you two keys for your mailbox and two for the apartment and only one of each key actually works, there are always children running amok past curfew, if you are unlucky enough to be put near the pool dont expect to be able to sleep in at all, there are always loud and obnoxious goings on at the pavilion and pool.. Okay so I have ranted enough about this place but honestly it is the worst place I have ever lived and I don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did.Read More
