I move to Fayetteville with the military. I was coming from out of the country and Ms. Courtney helped me so much. English is not my first language and she was very nice and made sure I knew all the information. I am so happy in my home. And my neighbors are very nice. Everyone was able to communicate and answer all of my questions. They also wrote down the difference between their townhome for rent and their apartments for rent, and they let me view both without doing any application right away. They were able to explain all the different features they offer, and also able to tell me about all the different discounts that they have going on for the month of April and may .

I lived here for over a year, and enjoyed it! Pest control always spray in the area, never had a problem with bugs. I lived there with my husband, son and newborn. Great management, they always let you know what’s going on in advance and during what time. If you had an issue , maintenance would come that same day. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.

This was the worst place I have ever lived. They refuse to show you the actual unit you will be staying in. They only glimpse of your new home is the model home ( which is the nicest unit in the whole complex), and your unit looks NOTHING like it. My unit was supposedly smoke free, and smoke was the first thing I smelled when I walked inside. Stains ALL over the carpet. Chips and holes in the hardwood floor in the kitchen and holes and chips on the counters in the kitchens. The front door didn’t ...
shut properly and the seal at the bottom was broken, so bugs would get it. I called a lot and nobody ever fixed the issue. People are always loud outside at night. My ceiling was leaking onto my bed every time there was a storm. Maintenance walked all over me bed when they ( fixed ) the issue, leaving white foot prints all over my bedding. The next week it started leaking AGAIN. My biggest issue was the ROACHES!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this ENOUGH. The roaches are absolutely horrendous and that was the worst part about living there. No matter how much you cleaned or how clean you kept your apartment, the roaches KEPT COMING. I called ALL the time and they acted so surprised. They send a guy to come ‘ spray ‘ on a Wednesday when you request it. Clearly it didn’t do anything. I got so desperate that I went and bought a bunch of roach repellent and I sprayed the entirety of all of the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, the windows, door, and along the baseboards and ceilings. I did the outline of mirrors, EVERYTHING. I would just be watching TV and see a roach crawling on the wall. I’ve had roaches crawl over my feet. I would see them all the time in the bathroom. I’ve had them crawl on my face when I was in bed. After I sprayed the apartment, they seemed to not be as big of an issue. But they were still EVERYWHERE. If you want a clean and healthy home, this is NOT it.
