June 8, 2021DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR UTILITIES. APPLIANCES IN UNIT ARE IN POOR CONDITION. AC UNITS ARE IN POOR CONDITION. NO SERVICE. NO RESPONSE WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS DONE. POOL NOT REPAIRED OR OPEN. SHOTTY BOOK WORK BY LEASE COMPANY. THEY LOST OUR LEASES AND DELETED LEASES WE SIGNED IN 2020. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.Property Manager Responded
