Our 450 ft of shoreline & 3 acres of rolling hills is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping, & parks. Year leases are an average of our high and low season. Shorter monthly stays are possible too. Less than 3 month stays have a $300 one time fee. Prices quoted are for up to 2 people due to utilities being included. Cross Lake & Pokegama Lake, connected by the Snake River, form a chain offering over 3,000 acres of navigable water. Interstate 35 will bring you to Duluth or the Twin Cities in a hour.
