Cross Winds Apartments is a community with 206 units in a unique quiet setting. Just 0.5 mile east of shopping off of SR 38. There are 2 and 3 story brick buildings with enclosed entrances that offer shelter from the elements as you enter your apartment. The community has a clubhouse equipped with a 60 inch big screen TV and a pool table. We also have a full basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a stainless steel swimming pool, a resident car wash bay and a 24-hour fitness center. We offer resident concierge services such as selling postage stamps, signing for packages, free notary services, free use of our copier, fax and cross shredder.
