Hopless, lazy and nasty management

I would have given a 0 if that was an option. Absolutely nasty management with little to no education and with little no regard for people. They pretend like they care but hit you with a lot of hidden fees. This apartment complex is the worst of all. They are charging a non sufficient funds fee and telling me that my bank is charging them. That is their level of knowledge. They should know that it is their bank or the software trying to put money into our accounts even for no fault of ours. I had ...
a direct deposit for almost 2 years and when I am tryng to move out they are doing all kinds of software glitches and trying to charge me as much as possible thinking that I cannot do anything. These guys are nasty and the people who work here change every couple of months and they just hire any person of the street to fill the seat and these people think they own the apartment complex. Be careful with them. I would rather rent somewhere else unless every where is as nasty as them and you are helpless.
