    Submitted an application on May 29th 2022. Called On May 31st 2022 and spoke with a representative and was told that I was approved and would be able to move in July, if somebody backed out, but at the very latest August. I called once a week to check out on the status of the apartment and was told I was number one on the list and if nothing came up then August would still be the very latest. For the past 3 weeks, June 21st until July 5, I have called multiple times a day and have never been ...
    able to speak with an actual human being. I was finally about to speak with somebody today, July 5, and was told my application was denied on MAY 31st with no correspondence regarding the denial or communication of any information to myself.

    I have found Crossings to be all of the following, clean, quite, well maintained and a good "neighborhood " to live in. The complex manager is conscientious, courteous and professional in her job performance. The complex has an on-site maintenance man that is very efficient and prompt in responding to requests.     I am a single mom who want her kids safe. It very nice here and the property owner take pride in their renter. They keep it clean and when you need something fix they come then or the next day. It has a pool and weight room and daily they are kept up, very neat and clean. We have not had any police call here and that is a plus. We respect each other and that mean a lot to me. I gave it a four star because nothing and no one is perfect.
