October 15, 2025Roaches and Mold Maintenance came and sprayed raid behind our fridge for our roach issue, there was no follow up and roaches continue to roam our apartment. We have had a mold issue for the past three months, only resolved after intense pestering (we still do not have vent covers for any of our vents). Leasing agents are sweet as well as maintenance crew, but responses between residents and management is nonexistent. I was told to contact our property manager for questions about relocating, he ...left me out of the discussion and has not responded to follow-up questions. Affordable and great!
July 26, 2020The management was great and very friendly. The maintenance was great. I've put a couple work orders for the fridge and microwave and we got to get a new ones which was really awesome! They were really great and responded quickly. Overall, I had a really great experience. 10/10 would recommend.Property Manager Responded

eh it's college
June 13, 2020You get what you pay for. It was what I would expect for what I paid. They don't offer 6 month leases. But this place for a year was still cheaper than a 6month placce The front office is meh but the maintenance guys were great. I'd put in a ticket and they'd come that day or the next at the very least and for all kinds of problems. When I moved out, I never saw my deposit after I moved out and had to pay even more after moving out because my roommate didn't clean the ketchup out of the fridge. ...Normal stuff. I felt like there was always enough parking and they picked up litter so it wasn't messy.Property Manager Responded
June 23, 2020Thank you so much for your genuine review. In many cases, our residents are not required to pay a deposit with approved credit. That may be why you didn't see it back when you moved out. Also, when you move out the final utility bill is on the final move out statement. That might also be why it was higher in addition to any cleaning charges. I hope that information helps. would not recomend
October 23, 2018All of the rooms are not the same, just because they show you something in the show room and tell you that a particular item will be in your room dose not always mean you will revive that particular item. not all of the apts are the same, some have newer and better stuff, and some have old stuff that is junk. The apartment complexes management and staff are rude and manipulative, with the exception of the handy men. The staff never seem to have any answers when you talk to them, and there polices ...are made particularly vage so that they look good at first then when you have a problem they can sway things in the way of the apartment complexes. also I'm not sure if this is everyone's apt or not but my particular apartments utility bill is out outrageous.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 8, 2015Great college apartment. Group rental. Move in , apartment was not ready but it was corrected quickly. Renewed contract for 2nd year and very happy. Fitness and amenities are good.
