  • Poor management, STAY CLEAR

    Parking is a nightmare! Paid spots are constantly being taken due to the fact that the garage door has not worked since day one of living here.(spots are $75 each) The garbage room is constantly filthy. Amenities have fizzled out and are non existent at this point. There are constantly children running around the halls unsupervised. Trash is constantly left in random places in the hallway. Residents don’t clean up after their pets and there is no accountability. The fire alarm randomly goes off ...

  • Noisy and poor management

    The neighbors above me I can hear every footstep they, their kid and dog makes, there is terrible insulation and no privacy between apartments. I even heard my neighbors yell at 6m about why the lady doesn't get to get off during. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! The walls and ceilings would shake from the neighbors above me. I complained multiple times to management and they did nothing about the excess noise coming from the neighbors. Now there is now a cricket problem starting in September which ...
    makes it very hard to enjoy the living room and fall asleep at night. The train which I was told by the leasing agent was not bad is extremely loud and you can hear train whistles from 5am to 2 am daily so have fun with that. Any maintenance requests took days to be addressed. There is also an issue with the fire alarm that went off more than three times within 6 months. This deafening alarm kept me up on three separate occasions. There are a lot of kids here so if you like peace and quiet don't rent here because the hallway is used as a a playground. This place sucks please do not rent here unless you are desperate! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  • Clean, Safe, New Apartment Complex in a Great Location!

    I love living at the Crossings! It is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the property manager, Emma is wonderful. There is a gym, amazon hub, and great outdoor lounge area. There is covered parking available as well as visitor parking. The complex is walking distance from many restaurants and just a 5-10 minute drive to Downtown Somerville as well as the Bridgewater Commons. I would highly recommend!

    We LOVE it here! We came from a huge 4 bedroom home and we were afraid we were not going to like being in a 2 bedroom home! Boy were we wrong! The community is kept impeccably clean with attention to the tiny details! The apartment itself is roomy with so much storage and a great kitchen for cooking! Also, it’s practically sound proof.   • Great place with a great location

    First time apartment living, and its great. Marc in the rental office was great, he was available 24/7 and took calls on his day off. Emma worked closely with us on any questions we had, and her door is always open. Ozzy is a great guy he always answers any questions you have and is always on the go keeping the crossings a well oiled machine. All the neighbors in the buildings are super nice. Great place located in a great area.

    Just moved in a month ago and I'm new to apartment living... Crossings is fantastic! Great neighborhood, walkable and safe, nearby shops, restaurants and easy hop onto major roads. The staff - Beejal and Emma especially - have been friendly, thorough, responsive and super helpful. Great gym, accessible, covered parking, convenient mail/package room, inviting outdoor space and quiet, friendly neighbors... they've thought of everything. Highly recommend!

  • Crossings is a very clean and safe place to live with excellent onsite management

    Crossing has been a place where you do not need to worry about safety when you leave the apartment. Also, the apartments are clean and easy to keep up. Should you have a small issue either the property manager or maintenance man will quickly resolve it

  • Crossing at Raritan Station is luxury at its finest!!

    The property is new and immaculate, I moved in last week and I still haven't seen a speck of dust. I received everything promised. Property manager Emma Frank is amazing. She knows everything about the property and always takes the time to answer my questions. The Super, Ozzy is the best.
