About Crosspoint Apartments
Crosspoint Apartments is located on Amelia Ave conveniently located off of Creasy Ln, behind Unity Health Care and next to the Franciscan Health hospital. It is down the street from Ivy Tech and the YMCA. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and is convenient to the interstate. Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer. There are LVT plank floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, ceiling fans are in the living room and bedrooms. There is a patio or balcony depending on the apartment. Crosspoint is managed by different management companies. We now are managing 7 of the 10 buildings, on both sides of Amelia. Residents pay for electric and management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.

Beautifiul but Inefficient
February 15, 2019These apartments are beautiful. I currently live in a loft apartment that has plenty of space for everything I need. The setup is great, and even presenting these to my friends and family they're honestly impressed but the setup. However, there is a dark-side to these apartments. The electricity bills are outrageous. My electricity bills for a 1 bedroom apartment from Oct-Jan have averaged $275/mo when I'm gone on weekends and use a nest thermostat to save energy. All electric heat, sure, but ...every other apartment I've lived in with all electric heat have had far lower energy bills. I don't know that I'll renew the lease or not. These apartments are great and so is management, but they are incredibly inefficient to heat.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love my apartment!
September 28, 2015I love my 1 br 1.5 bath loft style! It's really nice for how affordable it is and it's in a quaint neighborhood with lots of young families. I live under O'Neil property mgmt and they are great. I've lived with them two years prior to moving to this location.Review from Apartments.com
