Avoid If You Expect Your Deposit Back

I lived here for 2.5 years. While my experience was mixed, the real problem began after I moved out. I properly notified management of my move-out date (September 23, 2025), paid full rent through that date, returned my keys early on September 15, and paid my final utilities.
Despite this, they claimed I did not give notice, kept almost my entire security deposit by charging rent through September 30, and returned only $37 after more than three months. Even after I provided written proof and ...
showed that utilities were already paid, they deducted those charges again—so I paid twice -_-.
From September 2025 to January 2026, I am still waiting for the remaining balance. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls lead only to excuses about “higher management.” Other reviews suggest this is a pattern.
This is extremely unprofessional. If you expect your security deposit back, avoid this place.
