Great but ....
June 3, 2020Property is great! Pricing is fair! Staff is friendly and helpful however Bobby seems more concerned about money than ensuring his customers are helped and satisfied. Becky is a sweetheart and will go out of her way to help anyone; however since her job can be overwhelming she may forget stuff at times. Please ensure when returning any items to her to have a receipt of some sort or it may get lost and you’ll get charged. Either way, loved the experience.Review from Apartments.com

June 2, 2020Property is great! Environment is peaceful! When moving out, ensure to thoroughly clean your apartment out (common sense) or charges will be made for cleaning & maintenance. However, when returning your keys after moving please ensure to return your mailbox and house key the same day. If returning either key the next day, please ensure to record with a phone of you returning the key back as evidence or you’ll get charged $25 for it being lost.Review from Apartments.com

Very Unprofessional
May 22, 2017My Husband and I are military and we thought this place would be a great place to live... Well, it turned out to be the worse decision we had EVER made! The Front desk clefk is ridiculously rude and disrespectful! We had multiple problems with things not working in the unit. Once notified they never cared to fix it! The red flag was the front desk lady the other many red flags came from living here 3 months! Please please do not rent here! If only I had someone to tell us!!Review from Apartments.com
The good and the bad
September 26, 2015The landlord here is very professional and nice. The apartment is beautiful and close to Eglin AFB. The only bad thing I would say is the lack of amenities. Rent is expensive, there is no gym and they don't allow dogs. Also it seems as though the walls are thin and if you are staying at the bottom floor you can hear everything upstairs.Review from Apartments.com
