Need to improve on the service requests and maintenance. Maintenance repair crew need to clean after themselves when they’re done making repairs.

Theres often trash piling at the entrance so we need at least one dumpster on site but other than that ,Comfortable living for the most part with nice prompt office staff!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been the same problems from day one. Ants are in the walls they come out whenever, they have the same company come out and spray and it still not working, heat went out on the coldest day last winter, air barely works I was without air for 8 days when the temperature was in the 90, they barely call you back. They have one trash compactor that they have to clear out ever day , the kids are terrible over here. They literally just do not care about ...

Theres so many ants and bugs with sharp claws that have been bitting me and my childern. I notified the office and they sent people out to spray but that difnt help at all. The corporate never get back to you when you call about problems you may be having..they dont care at all about their residents.. i wouldnt advise my worse enemy to live here to be honest.. they get new maintenance almost every six months and thats not good for the residence because we dont know them. Alot of people in and out ...
