January 3, 2025Mediocre, too many instances of elevators, not being available people are moving in way past the four hour window that is allotted for them to do so. Not nearly enough handicapped parking spots. The package room is theft waiting to happen. I’ve already had one package go missing. I’ve had my car broken into in the parking garage. My window smashed. I’ve had several maintenance calls in the short time that I’ve lived here. I would just say mediocre. Nothing that’s anything but average at best. I ...wouldn’t recommend I would not renew my lease.Property Manager Responded
