Wonderful place to call home.
August 3, 2025My daughter and I have been living at this complex for five years. Going on six years. The leasing office staff is courteous and attentive. The maintenance team is awesome! They address our issues quickly and effectively. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The amenities are great and continuously improved. It is a quiet and safe complex. I highly recommend it.Review from Apartments.com

Management unavailable, Major DOG barking problem
October 24, 2022You can NEVER get in touch with the office/management, even if you stop by. (they are in a meeting, etc.) Twice I went to the office to sign up for cockroach treatment..... "oh we forgot to sign you up." What? I gave them my written address...with the problem. This is a "dog friendly" place. But when the neighbors' dog(s) bark incessantly thru the day until 10:30 at night.... management does NOTHING. Shouldn't there be a rule about a dog and the relentless noise? How about a fine? It is like ...living in a dog pound. And NO, it wasn't like that when I moved here.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022The cleanliness, and attention to the apartments and grounds are immediately noticed when walking around the grounds. Response time by maintenance team to my requests, have always been timely and professional. The office personal is very responsive with questions or concerns I have had, while living here for the last 2 years. I enjoy the peace and quiet I experience living here and the beauty that I see outside of my windows. My neighbors are decent, respectful and friendly. Absolutely disappointing
May 6, 2022This place is a joke! You do not get what you are advertised when you come in initially and you sure don’t get what you are paying for… Multiple work requests, phone calls and emails later, we still have mold, roaches, lifting counter tops and half way functional appliances… The property manager is more OUT of office than IN. Noise complaints? Forget it… people don’t care! The area around is actually super nice and very convenient for the morning commute, but that’s about itProperty Manager Responded
