Be careful moving here
March 4, 2026Be sure to record every conversation you have with management (if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone) about money or anything related to your lease. You'll talk to one person who says one thing, then another who completely contradicts them and suddenly they act like you made the whole conversation up. They've also increased my rent by $600 in just two years, which is absolutely ridiculous. They advertise this place as "luxury," but it's far from it. My "brand new" carpet smelled like ...wet dog, and the unit had peel-and-stick baseboards mixed with wood throughout. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy from the previous tenants, and even the paint colors didn't match from room to room. But yet they charge top dollar. The only positive about living here is the neighbors they're genuinely nice people. Everything else has been a headache. They keep your deposit no matter how good you clean on move out, so don’t count on getting that back. I moved out and I’m still deadline with them. No one responds to email or phone calls but is quick to take your money. So unprofessional and this company needs to get looked into. July 21, 2023I’ve been here a while now and I have to say it’s a great place to live. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, the facilities are well maintained and the office is nice. The service team is amazing here, especially Edwin who really makes us feel at home. He’s always so friendly, remembers us by name and always has a high five ready my kids.Property Manager Responded

Things are stolen here all the time

May 15, 2019I have been here for awhile, and it is a nice property. The soon to be here pet spa is a huge plus. Maintenance-Edwin, Tony and James-are top notch. They keep the common areas very clean and the complex is very quiet. They recently added a very nice party room available for renting and a WiFi lounge. DO NOT RENT!!!
August 19, 2015NOT RECOMMENDED. Most recently my motorcycle was stolen... It was parked in my assigned garage parking stall below our building. MOST APPALLING was learning that within the last 12 months 6 other cars were stolen, one car stripped and several others broken into in the same garage. (It scares me to think how much throughout the entire apartment complex.) With all this property damage WE WERE NOT ONCE NOTIFIED this was happening and to be vigilant when parking in the garage. Once we noticed the ...motorcycle stolen we notified the apartment office they act liked ohh no that has never happened. After going to the police station and being told that it happens there all the time I went back and confronted them again, To date we have not received a return or follow-up call from the Apartment Management, signalling they DO NOT SEE IT AS IMPORTANT. Also, so far to our knowledge they have not notified or warned other tenants who park in the same garage. I spoke with a neighbor yesterday who did not know. Personally this is NEGLECT on the side of the Apartment Management.
