Management is always available and the customer service is awesome.also id like to ad that the incentives are Amazon as well. Building matainence is awesome as well. My neighbor's are awesome. I also have a park to take my children to and also there are cooking grills in the community. I felt the welcome and still feel welcome. Thank you crown point for being on point yii digg! I think more stop signs should be added to the community to control speeders and to avoid any collision.

We've lived at Crown Pointe for the last 4 years and we're very happy here. Last year they installed a small dog park and my dog absolutely loves it. We also enjoy having a little garden plot in the spring and summer. The complex feels safe, I've never worried about walking the grounds with my dog. Maintenance is timely and very professional. Front office staff is very kind, my dog gets a treat from them every day after work. The community events are small but fun, like pictures with the Easter ...
bunny or Santa. Laundry in the building is nice. The garage is a life saver during winter! I feel like the price is fair for the apartment, location and garage. Wish the pet fees were lower but overall we're very happy!

From when I first walked through their show unit, to this very day, Leah, Alisa, and the whole Crown Pointe staff have been nice, respectful, and honest with me. The staff was very attentive and informative answering all of our questions.... they were very patient with us as we had to fax and mail things from Chicago and we’d call, “did you get our fax?” Added bonus, they accepted our Fur baby Melo. There is nice convenient laundry ...
in each building and each unit has it’s own garage! We love calling Crown Pointe home!
