June 3, 2025Loved here for two years Old owner didn't take care of the buildings. New owners jacked the rent up 50-60% higher. Maintenance is slow...even for major issues. Think twice about moving here. Customer service is very poor.Review from Apartments.com
Very nice
November 3, 2017I lived here before buying the home we are in now, and you can't beat the price for what you get. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was extremely nice. Plenty of room, and very quite, you really don't hear any of your neighbors, ever! Everyone who lived in the complex was nice and it always seemed that we were looking out for one another, which is a nice thing to have. Again, for the cost of these units, you really won't find anything close to this nice anywhere else in Janesville.Review from Apartments.com
