Awful Management
June 6, 2020Please do not live here. The management is poorly run. I went without hot water for a couple of months. After repeatedly sending emails to the manager with no response, I was only able to get a response when I threatened legal action. Maintenance guy barely fixes the problem. A/C barely circulates throughout the unit. The lock on the front door did not lock properly. We asked multiple times for a deadbolt but did not receive one. No security at the unit. Kids run around and do not pay attention ...to the cars driving. You can find better places to live at in Fort Smith.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, central heat n air apartment. It makes a great home for me and my child. Im a single mother, who is on assistance. I pay 266.00 per month. Winning a full year of paid rent would help me accomplish some major goals in mylife, and possibly put us in a newer, better reliable car.Review from Apartments.com
