Though this place looks nice and modern, the management team is arrogant and unhelpful.
When I first applied for a unit, the website listed the move-in date as August 1, so I selected that date and paid the required fees. Later, they told me the date on the website was wrong and that I would have to wait another 10 days. They initially refused to compensate me for their mistake and even suggested that I stay at a friend’s place. After I told them I no longer wanted to lease there, they finally ...
agreed to cover the rent for those 10 days. That should have been my warning sign to leave.
After moving in, I realized the walls were paper-thin. When residents report noise issues, management just blames them for being too sensitive. They also ignore reports of trash and dog waste in the garage and elevators. Don’t be fooled by the promotional pricing—once it’s time to renew, the rent increases far more than you’d expect.
Overall, this place feels deceptive, and it has been the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had.
