NOT LUXURY
June 1, 2025We only lived here for 3 months before breaking our lease. Management is nice, but we couldn’t adjust to the property. There is a constant odor of dog urine in various parts of the complex and people refuse to pick up after their dogs even after receiving warnings. Most windows don’t have screens so you can enjoy fresh air. Most if not all of the ground floor apartments don’t have enclosed patios, so anyone can walk on your patio. This is common when all the kids are running around playing and ...cussing. The water is constantly getting turned off due to repairs. The laundry appliances are old and there isn’t proper ventilations in the bathrooms for the laundry. Also the gates to the property are broken but claim to be waiting for a part for over 6 months. During our time there we heard and witness domestic violence many times. Also be aware of all the “amenities” fees each month. Pool furniture was gross and the gym is small with broken equipment. There is shopping centers across the street which is a plus but wasn’t enough to keep us there. Thankfully we were able to move to a place much nicer and only pay $100 more a month!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Don't Live Here
July 24, 2024These are not luxury apartments. The quality of apartment here is very run down and when I moved in, I was given a damaged apartment that was still being worked/cleaned when I showed up. I was missing cabinet doors for months. Forget about any maintenance being addressed in a timely manner, I had to go to the office multiple times for anything to get done. Nothing on property is updated. In the over year I was at the property, management said the gate would be fixed and parking spots would be ...assigned but that never happened. Random people that do not live on property like to walk through or hang out in the stairways. Though the property claims to be smoke free, my apartment reeked of cigarette and it was clear that someone was smoking inside the same building.
