Please don’t move here! The pictures are very misleading.I lived her for 2 years the pool was never opened! You will wait at least 3 weeks for maintenance. The property manger and office staff lack professionalism in every aspect. The homes are run down. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage and the roaches and rats are another issue.The worst apartments and this is my first that I ever lived in!

Unprofessional, frustrating, poorly run

There are so many reasons to avoid this property, and I am at my wits end. I have visited the office multiple times (when they are even open and not doing “admin time”), I’ve called often with no answer, emailed, used the app, and even contacted corporate and no one cares. I have been without a mailbox since the time I moved in 3 months now. Each time they say we have to catch the mailman and make a key, and in 3 months they haven’t been able to do it. My move in was pushed back several times, ...

and then when I moved in outlets didn’t work, a toilet has a crack and leaked water on the floor, no mailbox key, dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen not hooked up to anything, weatherstrip missing on the front door, and plenty of knobs and handles missing throughout the apartment. There is no accountability at this complex at all. Everytime I out in a work order, they mark it as complete without ever fixing a thing, it’s happened 3 times in a row now and they tell me to do it again in the app. The entire staff and corporate is a joke.

Too many issues

During my time here it has been horrendous. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. There is a roach problem I have been trying to get taken of for months. They say they will put you on the pest control list and does absolutely nothing else. When we first moved in during the summer it took 6 months to replace our air conditioning. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We moved in the end of April and didn’t get air until the end of May. The air lasted maybe a week before it went out again! They installed ONE window air condition unit for the WHOLE place... Lights have been out in 2 of our bedrooms and in the bathrooms for the last 3 days! We could still smell the paint when we 1st walked in! Dishwasher and garbage disposals had to be fixed. No screens on the windows. Unmonitored kids out at all types of hours!

Horrible apartments They went up on the rent with no notice! They claimed that renovation would be under way and that had yet to happen I have asked them several times to move me to another unit because my laundry room floor CAVED IN ! They just put wood over the hole and told me to be careful!!!! So I got the housing authority involved and showed them all the evidence and the old management left so since I also told the new management and they did nothing I still have a On going case! DO NOT ...

MOVE HERE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, THESE APARTMENTS ARE ROACH INFESTED AND THEY COMMUNITY IT SELF IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND THAT PICTURE OF THE POOL IS OLD BECAUSE THE POOL HAVE NOT BEEN OPEN IN THE 3 YEARS I LIVE THERE !
