I love the space. Apartment seems more like an loft! Been here since 2015 and no complaints beside the dog poop you might walk in an the summer.

Been here several years and have had a good experience. Neighbors are polite and personable. The property is unique and well maintained. The work out Room is a nice perk and convenient. Maintenance is prompt and well peformed. Lorie in the leasing office is a great source for help she makes what you need happen.

From Bad to Good

I have lived here for about 5yrs, the property has gone through many upgrades and improvements over the years. These apts used to have a bad reputation 6 yrs ago, but mgmt has cleaned up and cleared out most if not all of the concerns and problems that used to plagued the community. Other than being pet friendly, each unit having private entrances and being close to downtown and train station, it's definitely a place to call home and I highly recommend it.

Have been here a year now and had no problems. Property is clean, apartments are nice. Everything is fixed in a timely fashion and Lori in the office is a gem to work with. Really happy at this place, glad to be resigning here for another year. Definitely recommend for families.

Terrible place

Near the begging to middle of 2017 we got a new property manager and a new maitanece worker. Ever since then the out sourced all of the landscaping and snow removal to another company. Our maintenance guy does nothing! We had an issue where the handle on our toilet broke. It happened to be a weekend. He said I can't get to it till Monday until then just reach in the tank and lift the flapper up. So now being winter has come the complex still has their own plow sitting in the lot which never moves ...
but when it snows they dont clear out any spots just the entry way and road basically leaving residents to shovel their own spots. Then they don't bother to salt the sidewalks which has resulted in me my fiance and my 62 year old mom to fall on the sidewalk. If you are thinking about moving here don't! They dont care about residents just their money!

Worst place to rent there

We rented a 2 bedroom there back last year In January. We put a security deposit. We paid $700 and got only $23 out of our deposit. We clean the place when we moved out perfectly clean. The management claims there was stains under the carpet which that carpet was not new when we moved in. Claims a few things was damaged that we didn’t do. Don’t rent there, everyone I know has told me they lost there deposit no matter what. I didn’t believe it until I lost mine.
