I love living here
December 13, 2022The rent seems to go up $50 a month every year, but this time looks like it's going up by $30 so it's better I guess. Doing my best to stay here because it's quiet, peaceful, friendly, and beautiful. Love the animals. Love the flower trees. Love looking at the lake! Love having an in unit washer & dryer. Water gets hot almost instantly. I don't want to move anywhere else. It's almost perfect.Review from Apartments.com

April 24, 2017As 2-21 year-old college kids, we were looking for apartments for MONTHS. This place just showed up on our radar one day and we jumped on the opportunity. Couldn't have asked for a better first home. Close to everything you'd need, spacious, beautiful landscapes, safe and it doesn't break the bank. I Absolutely LOVE Coming HOME
June 28, 2016I did not want to move into an apartment from a house. My children had grown up and moved out and they kept urging me to downsize from the responsibility of living in a single family house. It took me years to make the move. I looked around for suitable places and when I came here I knew I was truly home. The many other complexes that I viewed were not only more expensive but they did not offer the amenities that Crystal Lake Apartments offer, and they have the audacity to call themselves ..."luxury" apartments. Some of my main features I was looking for this complex offers. In Unit washer and dryer - a must!! They offer. Large floor plan!! They have! 2 bathrooms!! They have!! Kind and professional management staff - They Have!!! Whatever small issues of moving in I had, they took very seriously and corrected almost before the words were out of my mouth. I was amazed. Yet that is not even the best part of this place. Every apartment has a view of Crystal Lake. I love coming home and spending time just looking at the water as I zen-fully relax from a hard days work. So peaceful! And the neighbors are very nice and warm. I was so pleased with the warm greetings from my neighbors. And there are only 4 units per building. Very private. I love it even better than the home I left. This is a great place for adults. Even though children are absolutely welcome here, most of the tenants are adults, and I love that. Don't let the fact that this is a Pontiac address, if that is an issue for you, steer you away. This is an exclusive and peaceful GATED community adjacent a golf course. I highly recommend. I have no immediate plans on leaving. I am home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The best apartment ever
September 13, 2015Crystal Lake Apartments are on Crystal Lake in Pontiac Michigan. They are very private. Very quiet. You feel like you found the perfect vacation spot but you live here. The lake view is incredible. The apartment itself is renovated with laminate floors throughout and a huge carpeted bedroom. I have my own washer and dryer provided by the apartment owners. It is run by 2 people that do the work of 10. Very efficient. It is amazing. I love my apartment. I walk down 16 steps. I thought that would ...bother me. I opened the door and looked at my own private view of the lake and thov every step is well worth it. They run a class act here.
