I love my apartment and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Rhonda is always so kind and helpful in the office. I’ve only had to have maintenance come fix something a couple times but they show up and get it done in a timely manner. I have lived here before and moved away and when I got the opportunity to move back to the area,this was my first choice.

I love it here. No crime. No loud noise. Close to Ohio state’s Newark campus, and located perfectly between Newark’s two main shopping areas. If you want to live comfortably at an affordable price, I would totally recommend moving here. I’m sad that I have to leave because I definitely struck gold with this place. Only problem I’ve had was with maintenance not showing up to fix my blinds but I’m not that concerned about that.

LOVE the new maintenance worker! She came in and got stuff done ASAP! She was quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly! She was also considerate of my belongings in my restroom. She asked before moving things around, and even asked before dumping the toilet water down my bathtub drain.

This is a great place to live ! My Fiancé and I have our first apartment here and we enjoy it a lot ! Management staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs ! I wish some utilities could be included in the rent , but however it is in a better part of Newark and we’re happy here !

Don't Rent at Crystal Lake

Lived at these apartments and it was not worth it. They are very out dated and nothing works. I had a broken oven for 2 1/2 years and they refused to fix it saying there was nothing wrong with it. Our bathroom had mold and they also said it was nothing. They raised the prices more and more every year with no upgrades, Not worth your money.

Crystal lake is a nice apartment complex to start in it offers 1 to 2 bedrooms offers a good size lake with free fishing and woods in the back. Balcony refrigerator, dish washer and on site laundry facility. The bedrooms are spacious rooms all have high efficiency electrical and water adaptive equipment. The apartments are reasonably priced and offers pet friendly and kid friendly environment.
