Worth every Penny
May 29, 2025I love it here. No crime. No loud noise. Close to Ohio state’s Newark campus, and located perfectly between Newark’s two main shopping areas. If you want to live comfortably at an affordable price, I would totally recommend moving here. I’m sad that I have to leave because I definitely struck gold with this place. Only problem I’ve had was with maintenance not showing up to fix my blinds but I’m not that concerned about that.Review from Apartments.com

Not worth it!

September 28, 2018This is a great place to live ! My Fiancé and I have our first apartment here and we enjoy it a lot ! Management staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs ! Don't Rent at Crystal Lake
December 11, 2017Lived at these apartments and it was not worth it. They are very out dated and nothing works. I had a broken oven for 2 1/2 years and they refused to fix it saying there was nothing wrong with it. Our bathroom had mold and they also said it was nothing. They raised the prices more and more every year with no upgrades, Not worth your money.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015Crystal lake is a nice apartment complex to start in it offers 1 to 2 bedrooms offers a good size lake with free fishing and woods in the back. Balcony refrigerator, dish washer and on site laundry facility. The bedrooms are spacious rooms all have high efficiency electrical and water adaptive equipment. The apartments are reasonably priced and offers pet friendly and kid friendly environment.Review from Apartments.com
