    The whole entire experience since we moved in has been a hassle. Maintenance requests don’t get fulfilled unless you call and even then you have to wait 3 months. We were supposed to get new countertops and they cut the new ones wrong and only replaced half. The gutter fell on our deck that is deteriorating and it took them 2 months to remove which they did by cutting it in half and not replacing it at all. Our apartment got infested with bugs and they didn’t care at all for months. Worst ...

    This is a very nice place to live. They come out as soon as you have problems. I have been here over a year and love it but I can't afford it right now. They have lights on the outside, near your back door and around you patio door.

  • Amazing 3 Bedroom Apartments

    It was extremely difficult to find a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and I am so thankful that we ended up at Crystal lake. The apartment seems more like a condo then an apartment. They accept pets which was a bit of a concern but I haven't heard any pets or really anything at all. You can't hear your neighbors or any of the pets around here. This is the quietest most comfortable apartments I've ever experienced and will definitely be spreading the word.
