Property Not Maintained
October 26, 2025You management does not keep up with the apartments at all. Restricting maintenance to only do necessary partial repairs and leaving tenants on their own to handle the situation. Maintenance manager blamed it on funding. These buildings and property have a lot of potential but it is all going downhill. They now use very cheap garbage service, they only empty small recycle once a week forcing tenants to fill the landfill even more and the smaller dumpsters are constantly full and smelling, they ...empty that whenever. We have no pest control whatsoever. I have not seen one person walk in here in the last 6 months or more and we are always home, but somehow they tend to blame it on the tenantsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rip Off
January 26, 2019Don’t be amazed by their “great prices”. Once you’re in they raise the price if rent to nearly double. Then they tell the elderly, many whom have no financial means or family, to basically get out if they can’t pay. They don’t care for anyone but themselves. MONEY HUNGRY. January 3, 2017My Mom before she passed away lived here, went to visit daily and she loved every bit of the place. Ducks were her pets, people nice and friendly and they take care of their own as well. Bus is right there for shopping, its clean, quiet and safe. I recommend this for any senior. August 14, 2015I love my area I am with a2 mile to everything great restaurants, Move, Target, Walmark and shopping center, and the city bus ,come in to the apartment area.
