    BUGS & MOLD. They have a roach infestation, seem to switch out management often and the last crew was awful, pipe/flooding & mold issues, and essential appliances are cheap and stop working often. They also charge you for services they aren’t providing. If I could break my lease I genuinely would

  • NASTY NASTY NASTY STAY AWAY

    ROACHES, did I grab your attention? Because the roaches will!!! I could not even sleep a single night peacefully because roaches were everywhere!!!! I woke up to roaches crawling on my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the property manager was no help!!!! They just got angry and told me to "deal with it"!!!! It's not my fault your nasty rooms are infested with roaches and other bugs too nasty to describe.

    I moved here in sept and I have had a great experience with the property manager Lynn she made the move in process very easy has always been friendly and very professional and respectful. My apartment is very nice and she was very honest and upfront from the beginning about the property and my unit that had not been upgraded when I first looked at it I was promised an updated unit and within days my entire unit was upgraded. Any issue I had have with minor things that have happened with the unit ...

    Moved here September 2019, so I’ve been here less than a year and my apartment has flooded twice. The first time was November 2019, my carpet and padding still hasnt been replaced. Mold began to grow on my walls, but nobody came to look at it since it was a “non-emergency.” To summarize the plumbing in my unit sucks (flooding, leakage, dripping faucets), the spray they use to texture the ceiling was used on my walls, everything was painted over from trash that was left in the cabinets to the ...
    light switches, carpet and padding wasn’t replaced upon moving in, clear water damage throughout unit, AC unit is extremely old, stove is corroding, my tubs were refinished prior to me moving in and began peeling within two months, and thats just the major issues. You seen the amenities listed? Yeah, thats a lie there is no goals at the “basketball court,” or nets at the “volleyball and tennis court,” and the playground is disgusting. Only reason I still moved in is because I was crushed on time and it was cheaper.

    Property is not kept up in any way. New management sucks!! No better than the others. Sending out eviction letters to persons that has already paid rent. Office staff do not answer the phones. If you are able to afford some where better please do so. Apartments on the inside looks nothing like the advertised ones online.
