The negative reviews here are a little harsh. I lived in the North Tower which was not affected by the fire. It is right next to a construction site that is very loud, but I would recommend living in the North Tower once that is completed. My classic apartment was in great condition and a good value. The front desk staff is kind. Maintenance requests were completed the same day. I did not have insect or rodent issues. called or stopped by. Maintenance to amenities (i.e. grills and treadmills) took time but was not abnormal. In response to the fire, management communicated their care for residents and what they were doing to fix issues quickly. This building is not perfect, but it met my needs, is a great location close to the metro, and I enjoyed living here.
