An Excellent Place To Live!
June 5, 2020Lived at Crystal Riviyera while I built my new home. Location was great and facilities were fantastic! I lived in a one bedroom apartment, which I found to be very spacious. Finally a Happy Place!
May 7, 2019Living at Crystal Riviyera is lovely! There is immediate attention from the property manager! The maintenance man is always available and on time. Residents swim daily, getting a little sunshine and enjoying life! I absolutely love the garage! Being able to get into my car during inclement weather is the best! Guess I'll stay a while!! Excellent Place to Live

Amazing!!!
October 24, 2018I did not know Deerfield Beach at all and feel like I discovered a wonderful hidden area! My apartment has an amazing view of the Lake, the swimming pool is huge, and the beach is only 10 mins away. it's a very quiet area. Shops and many local restaurants are in walking distance and Interstate 95 is close by as well as the Turnpike. I like my neighbors and have made many great friends. Neighboring towns such as Pompano Beach, Boca Raton and Coconut Creek are easily accessible providing more fun ...things to do. I could not be happier and could live in my apartment forever! LOVE MY CLOSET!
June 30, 2018huge apartment These apartments are like the size of a house. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I went to visit. The closest immediately took me to "heaven" because it was so humongous! I have never seen a closet this big at any apartment. Every day I come home I am happy when I enter my apartment. THE ONLY feedback I would give the owners is more security ! Every now and then I find individuals hanging around the building after 1 PM at night. ! June 30, 2018Loving the apartment and all the amenities! Pools located close for everyone! Washer and dryer in the unit! Nice workout facility! But the staff has been the cherry on top!! I was trying to find an apartment for my son while living in Washington DC and not being able to actually go visit the locations I was looking into. I was lucky to get a very sweet and helpful person to assist me in everything I needed to get done! She had her job cut out for her, because our situation was a bit difficult. Home Sweet Home!
June 16, 2018Would like the hallways to be much cleaner. Alot of traffic, I get it, but still for the rent amount, it needs to be kept clean no matter what. The staff is extremely professional and very welcoming, so welcoming, Property Manager is a sweet heart!! So caring. What a doll. I feel like family! If an issue arises I know it would be handled with care and with a sense of urgency. The waterview bordering the community is beautiful and serene, whether you're walking along the path or taking it while ...sitting along the edge, it's a great place to unwind after a hectic day. The amenities like the fitness center and the club room are fantastic. The pool area reminds me of a resort!! The water temperature is always perfect and the area is clean and spacious.
