Ive been here for almost 7 years and I have no complaints. Rent is fair compared to most other options out there, management is very pleasant and helpful and maintenence is always prompt and are both just great guys who you can build a relationship with. Ive never had one issue with neighbors, their advertisement of it being a peaceful community is spot on, I highly reccomend living here if you value that and a good relationship with your leasing office.

I have been here five years and I’m very happy here it’s friendly people Maintenance as well. Sam and Stan they have a smile on there face every day. The management here is great everybody friendly! We have a nice little open area there in the middle of our apartment complexes. We get free utilities The only thing where you have to sign up for is our electric. My life is very happy here I never want to leave!

I have lived here at Crystal Shores now for 12 years. It is great place for a small family or seniors. We have maintenance on call 24 hours and the office is always available until five Monday - Friday or through a phone message. The grounds surrounding the buildings are well maintained and we have Lake Erie as a backyard. We are also a hop, skip, and a jump from one of the best little towns on the north coast.

I’ve lived her over a year now with my boyfriend and we talk all the time how beautiful this space is. It has plenty of open green space for views and for pets. We love sitting on the patio listening to the birds. Maintenance is very prompt when needed. The space sits back from the main road so theres not a lot of traffic, but it’s still central enough to walk to general stores, food, etc.we love it here

The environment is pleasant and not obnoxious. A nice view of the lake is also something to enjoy. The grass looks nice and is always attended to. Located near plenty of places to shop and eat. Staff has been great and will address needs quickly.

My Wife and I have been living here for the past couple of years and it is peaceful here. Pet friendly and incredibly relaxing. We're In a good spot in Vermilion where shops, food, and downtown are all in walking distance. The Staff at Crystal Shores are all absolutely wonderful and helpful, always understanding, ready, and quick to assist if something goes wrong. 10/10 I will always adore this beautiful slice of Vermilion.
