don’t waste your time
May 27, 2022Nothing works. Toilets are constantly clogging even tho we’re not stuffing toilet paper down it. There’s no pressure in the sinks. They never repaired broken tiles in the bathrooms. Our washing machine is plugged in on the opposite so if you want to wash your clothes in cold water you have to set it to hot. Our ac stopped working and I moved in 3 months ago. They also walked in on me in the shower with no warning except a knock… of course I’m not going to answer that doesn’t mean come in, mind ...you I’m a woman and have a young daughter. Don’t even call them. They have you blindly sign a lease and will make excuses as to why they can’t show you the unit lol it’s ratchet out here. Watch out!Property Manager Responded

Filthy air ducts

Deceiving after first impression
January 20, 2020Terrible maintenance and customer service. Appliance broke down the day we moved in. Took weeks to get a replacement. Currently have mice and no one will return my calls from the hotline or local office (said they made a ticket which was 3 weeks ago). They’re failing to rebrand and seems like they change mgmt every quarter. Neighbors are messy and leave their trash around the mailboxes, walls are super thin (can hear neighbors talking and starting their showers every day). BAD NEIGHBOUR AND UNSAFE
September 19, 2019Living here is like living in hell! A few months ago my good neighbor has attracted by robberies that came into his house late at night. There is no security or camera around. He and his whole family were hurt. The apartment does not follow up with residents. They do not respect people who live there. Their customer service is terrible. It'S NOT SAFE! Would you want to be robbed and hurt? They did not do anything after that to keep the community safe. THEY ARE TRASH. I already moved out. There ...should be some kind of regulation to have those staff in that leasing office to do their JOB right. This is unacceptable. I wasted my money living there and feeling unsafe for my family.Property Manager Responded

A dangerous place to live! GUNSHOT
September 16, 2019I was multiple gunshot wounds by armed robbery inside my apartment. I was hospitalized for 2 months. By miraculously l survived. God is great. The management staff of this apartment is so careless & irresponsible people. My family and I were traumatized because of the terrible happened to us. I politely asked them to shift me to another apartment but they are not willing to do that. Then I left the apartment because it does not a safe place to stay. Now they sent me a letter via debt collection ...to pay in advance. THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR. I have legitimate reasons to break up my lease agreement. I will fight them in front of the Court House. Consider Other Options...
April 6, 2019While management has always been pleasant in person, too many things have gone wrong here to make me want to stay. Within the first month, an appliance of ours broke. Since the maintenance staff is severely understaffed, it took a month for them to fix it. Shortly afterwards, another appliance of ours broke and it took over 2 months for them to fix that! I've had to reorder numerous packages due to them being lost or stolen. Management also gives almost 0 notice for really important information. ...For example, on a Thursday night, they told everyone that parked in a certain area of the lot to move their cars by Friday morning or they would be fined $50.00. Like, what?! They gave less then a days notice (after business hours!) and threatened to fine people for something they gave 0 notice about. They didn't even explain why people had to move their cars. In addition, they scheduled a roach treatment with less than a weeks notice to tenants. We have only a couple days to figure out where to lodge our pet, how we're going to clean out all of our dishes, food, etc. from our cabinets, and have to stay out of the apartment for up to 4 hours after the treatment so we dont get sick. They also threatened to fine anyone who doesn't follow these instructions $275.00. Truly wild. I've never lived anywhere that threatens their tenants like this. In summary, the apartment itself is nice (spacious, clean) but appliances are likely to break because they're cheap. Management is nice, but you will definitely be inconvenienced during your stay here. Bottom line: It's an ok place to stay for a short period of time, but definitely not a place to settle.Property Manager Responded
