May 11, 2019Went here twice to talk to leasing office they were very unprofessional and unorganized. Drove around apartment complex it was filthy kids were very disrespectful and trash everywhere i looked. Very few apartments are actual “new” and everything else looks extremely abandon, worn down, dirty or like no one is taking care of this place. I suggest going somewhere else for the amount they’re asking! I would never! Extremely disappointed! Very low budget looking apartments ther are over pricedReview from Apartments.com

There apartments are terrible, office staff ( mainly two woman not sure of names) are extremely unprofessional, bug and roaches are every where maintenance never found their jobs always walking around smoking. Apartment staff are usually riding in go cart smoking screaming or laughing with tenants. There’s no pool, gym etc. please don’t be fooled. Two raggedy playgrounds with legitimately 30-40 loud, rude kids either fighting or vandalizing things. They recently ...shut down playground Becca use kids “fought too much” this is most definitely not a place for family or anyone living alone. . The building are beautiful ( the ones they actually redone) but that’s 1 in ever 10. As soon as you step outside it’s a very different unappealing environment and you can barely get help from staff! June 28, 2018Very nice apartments with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Very friendly staff and they're located in a quiet area. My only problem is that the walls are thin and so if you live downstairs you can easily hear your upstairs neighbors. For the price this is pretty much the best value living between the airport and downtown.Review from Apartments.com
