They only care about your money!!
April 6, 2023The leasing office is soo RATCHET they talk to you crazy they NEVER FIX NOTHING but you MUST have your rent in on time but they take they time fixing stuff the maintenance be chillin’ on the property I told her my AC is out she tells me it’s 30 AC UNITS OUT and she don’t know when mine will get fixed … wow ok …oh and they NEVER NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE like what if I couldn’t walk or if I had surgery how will I contact the office? Roaches and old appliances too so don’t be late on your rent ...no chance or waiver of late fee they don’t care what happens with you just pay your rent on time!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not All bad
January 5, 2021Yes just like many other places these apartments can do better but let's be honest the problems that exists isn't totally on management (new management thank God). The trash being thrown over the gate isn't management fault, ppl get out of their cars and just empty it right there and leave it on the ground, you send your children to the dumpster and they leave a trail from your door to the trash can, ppl hanging in the breezeway smoking, the best thing over here is Bruce the maintenance guy I can ...honestly say that if you tell him it will get done but even with that he's only 1 man. Nothing is a priority but your rent
March 29, 2020They have never been the best but its getting worst my air unit goes out every 3 months seems like it and i go weeks without air because they always claim they have so much to do i believe they need to hire more and better maintenance ppl i dont understand why its so hard to service apartment thats all u have to do im so ready to move but right now i have to tough it out this is not even the half of my issues but i feel like the other issues can happen anywhere but for sure maintenance and ...waiting on repairs is garbageRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
