The Property Needs to do Better
November 13, 2024I have lived in this apartment for several years now, and this apartment tries to drain the resident pockets dry. They Literally nickels and dimes residents over any upgrades that they decide to do in the apartment. For example, they decided to add "smart locks" to everyone building and charge every resident $40 in addition to their rent due to this upgrade. Also, they had charge $ 30 for valet trash not included in the rent, so understand the price you see, there are additional charges as well. ...Also, they only allow to ATT internet here they have made it, in which you can't get any other internet provider beside ATT. In addition, 4 people cars has been vandalized. One car was on 4 center blocks. So why, they are charging residents for "smart locks" they need to have security guards walking the premise. They had a security guard for 1 week after this incident and then it stop. Now when it comes to the staff, love the Maintenace staff). They are always helpful and willing to help with any problem.Property Manager Responded

Worst place to live
June 17, 2023Please try to find a good safer environment for you and your family to what you can call it a home. Cant wait for my lease to end and get out of this horrible place. Crime rate is super high here, you will see cop cars outside your building every other day. Our car was broken into twice. Worst management, who is not doing anything to protect their residents. Office staff barely pick up calls, they keep ignoring it. Worst Worst Worst place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Not luxurious
April 6, 2023Management team consists of two miserable women who have to work everyday and therefore have something to say about every little thing. Yet they do not do their job or their part to keep the hallways, elevators, pool, and trash areas looking top notch and luxurious. They only landscape to keep the outside looking good, and even that is extremely noisy and long. The inside of the hallway grounds are stained, discolored, with debris, the ceilings have insects and spider webs which all look very ...terrible. All Elevators have dirt build up in the cracks and crevices, and along the bottom and sides, it looks gross. None of this should be going on in a "luxury" complex. January 11, 2023Office never answers the phone and are never helpful if you actually reach someone. Valet trash is a joke, they never want to do their jobs thus leaving the buildings and grounds disgusting. December 18, 2022Please do your research before moving to Cue Luxury Apartments! Crime in this complex is no joke. Vehicles get broken into weekly! There is drug activity occurring daily in and around this complex. The cameras around the complex are worthless because no one monitors them. July 15, 2022Been here 2 yrs. They were bought out last year. Every thing has changed for the worse. You will not feel like this is a home. Not a friendly environment. Massive pool stays dirty with algae growing. No one in the last yr has figured out how to keep it clean. Smoke free property but people smoke cigarettes and weed all the time. No many pick up their dogs poop. Dog poop trash cans never get emptied so the parking lot smells like dog poop. Non residents taking over the pool and blaring loud rap ...music has been an ongoing issue. It’s slowed down recently. 1st floor residents.. you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes!!!! Too expensive for the small Apt, cheap materials used to build, smell of weed all day, poorly managed, unfriendly office staff and the forever filthy pool. February 11, 2022I was there recently and was greeted promptly by Ms Alexis. She was very professional as well as knowledgeable about the property and what goes along with renting. She answered all of my questions, even the hard ones. It felt like a talk with friend and not as if it was a rehearsed speech. I highly recommend this property not only for its great amenities which are fantastic, but because I feel the staff cares for its residents dearly.Review from Apartments.com
Not Luxery
January 28, 2022The name is just for show it is not a luxury place but they still charge you like it is. The staff is not great except for the leasing agent which is the first person you meet and you think everyone is going to be as nice as her but they are not. If this can serve as a warning to someone please take it don’t move to this place you can do better in a place where people will treat you like you deserve and give the extra mile for you.Review from Apartments.com
No Luxury Here
October 9, 2021I moved to this apartment complex early 2021 from a home. I thought that because it was a brand new complex and luxury in the title made it a solid choice to move here. Boy, was I wrong. This was probably one of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life. The neighbors above us run around like they are at the Andre Elementary School playground. We’ve had the people from the office come to witness the noise and even send them tons of videos. Still, no progress. But, you better believe if I miss ...rent they will show up. Avoid
June 10, 2021Recently changed management, raised rent and began requiring insurance while everything about the complex is declining. The apartments are thrown together, walls are thin, no one answers the phone, etc. I can go on and on about why this apartment complex is not good.
