March 4, 2026The complex has a modern look, offers in-unit laundry, and is generally quiet, which makes daily living comfortable. Maintenance and staff are consistently friendly and helpful. However, nothing is included in the rent, so residents should expect to pay every fee and all utilities on their own. The valet trash service is poorly managed and cannot be opted out of. The property also lacks EV charging stations and recycling options, and the cardboard dumpster area often has excess trash left around ...it. Addressing these issues would make the community stronger overall.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2026Community is great for the most part. People are respectful and kind. Loud noise tends to stop at night. There are occasional hiccups, but for the most part we are very happy to be here. Our only complaint is the dumpster gets very full and very gross quickly. Either more frequent pickup, or a second dumpster might be worth considering.Property Manager Responded
