Don’t rent here — worst experience ever!!
October 8, 2024I’ve never had a worse experience with any company in my life than I have with Morgan properties and curren terrace. It’s so moldy that I couldn’t even live there the last six months of my lease because I was so sick from the apartment (as was anyone else who stayed there). The heat and air didn’t work properly and my apartment was 90 degrees even in the winter, I went years without working washer and dryer and was only able to get a working refrigerator in a timely manner because I had cancer ...and my fiancée convinced them it was a severe health risk. Then when I moved out they didn’t give my security deposit back because they said they had to pay to fix all these things they refused to when I lived there. I was warned about Morgan properties and ignored the warnings… don’t make the same mistake I made!Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2024I wish the apartment was cleaned better prior to moving in. The windows in the kitchen are filthy, the screen and within the window. Also the outside of our front door is filthy, cobwebs and dead nats. But it’s just not our door, the surrounding doors too. I found hair from the previous renters and most of it was painted over on the wall; specially in the bathroom. It’s mainly the little things that are over looked. We had a few minor issues upon moving in and it makes you wonder was it ...overlooked during the turnover? We hadn’t had a problem with the trash or parking. The noise hasn’t been an issue that much either. Overall it’s not amazing but not that entirely terrible too. Somewhere in the middle.Property Manager Responded
