    We have lived here for about 1.5 years and love it! Being so close to everything is extremely convenient for there is always something to do at the banks! The apartment itself is modern and the floor plans are spacious. Maintenance is timely and helpful with any problems that may arise. Parking is also convenient as it is connected to each building. Highly suggest giving this place a tour and making it your new home!

  • Great for Early/Mid 20s Who Enjoy Energy

    I've lived in this building for 3 years and had no issues. The maintenance team is great, very personable and very quick to respond to any issues. It's loud, but it's to be expected, you are living about 8 bars, which was always a benefit to me--ha! I Iove the energy of the banks and being right next to the Reds and Bengals as well as easy access to Smale Park. Overall, it's a great place to live for early/mid 20s who like to go out and enjoy energy!!

    I moved into Current at the Banks a few months ago and have loved everything about it so far! Management and maintenance have been great and very responsive. Our unit is extremely spacious for the price! As someone who just moved to Cincinnati, the location is amazing with local events ALWAYS going on! Couldn’t have picked a better apartment!

    The staff puts in a ton of effort to make the buildings clean & safe. Maintenance will always show up the day of or the next day is there is any issues. There is always something going on whether the building is sponsoring a happy hour at a local bar or restaurant. The location is great if you work downtown. Easy access to Reds/Bengals games. Easy access to the riverfront park and all of the events that are put on there. Streetcar gives easy access to OTR and the rest of the city. I've never ...
    lived on the Freedom Ave side of the buildings, but it can get very noisy with the bars below. Otherwise, it's a great place to live!

    We just moved in about a month ago and have loved it, but my best friend lived here for a long time before we did and also loved it! The maintence team is great and has fixed anything we’ve needed right away. The staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve been so happy with our choice to move down here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to move downtown :)

    Living at Current at the Banks has been a great experience so far. The apartment itself is really nice, modern, and comfortable, and it genuinely feels like home. I love the amenities because they make everyday life easier and more enjoyable, especially having access to the pool, the workout room, and the coffee machine in the lobby. One thing I really appreciate is that the management team does a great job sharing and posting events happening around downtown, which makes it easy to find fun ...
    things to do. Being in the heart of downtown means there is always something going on, whether it is grabbing food, meeting friends, or checking out local events. It is the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and city energy.

    I have a safe secure space with a great view of the river and more the fifteen places to eat from casual dining to fine dining right downstairs. A great parking garage with an elevator straight to my floor. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly getting me settled in. They have been very receptive to all my concerns and I have seen action.
