For highway facing apartments, noise levels from the state highway is very loud. This high frequency noise will make you mad over the period. Cannot keep the windows open even for a minute.
Floor is shaky. It shakes even if you are walking gently. My downstairs neighbor repeatedly kept complaining about the shaking roof and management kept sending me notices without checking the root cause.
I really advise to look for other alternatives and avoid renting from Custer village unless you are homeless (in that case they won’t even accept your application)
