December 11, 2018We moved here 9 months ago and we love it! The community is very well maintained, the onsite managers: Nadine, Muriel and Salisha are all very friendly, professional and super helpful! The few maintenance requests we’ve had have been addressed quickly and completely. The pool/area very well maintained, the community room is lovely and the kitchen very spacious and it’s free of charge; we held several family gatherings and everyone enjoys having enough space to play games and enjoy meals together. ...One family member is in wheelchair so this is ideal for holiday gatherings. Roads are plowed quickly and our building is always kept nice and clean -thank you Millie! Resident/neighbor noise is not a problem in our bldg.walking trail and Mississippi River in your back yard, dog park if you have pets and outdoor pavilion and playground. September 13, 2018I have lived here twice. Once 3 years ago and am now moving back. The apartments are gorgeous. The staff is wonderful. I love the paths and the snow removal is speedy. I love seeing everyone's pets - and my neighbors are so nice. The office goes above and beyond to help me and my son (autistic). It is very quiet and wonderful.Review from Apartments.com
Awesome place to live
September 26, 2015I recently moved to Cutters Grove and have been impressed with their management and maintenance team. We pay a fair price for the amenities offered and it's a safe neighborhood. Management is always helpful and the grounds are kept clean. It's also close to a community park which is nice if for families.Review from Apartments.com
