DO NOT MOVE
July 10, 2024wish I could rate this place less than 1 star. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! We have lived here for two years and are fighting tooth and nail to get out of this lease. We have been robbed THREE separate times. We have had people forcefully break our garage door, bust deadbolts, and tear at the wood on the door to get in and steal from us. We have even caught the thief on video and nothing is done. Multiple police reports filled. The complex refuses to add any camera or security. I have countless photos ...of the security gates and the doors that are supposed to be locked for residents safety either being propped wide open or just malfunctioning and opening without a fob. This place is insanely unsafe, not well kept, dirty, and everything is always broken. For the rent prices here you could live in a much safer neighborhood. Not worth the price AT ALL
September 1, 2023I will start by saying most of the staff are pleasant and helpful and I feel like they do care. HOWEVER The list of issues outweighs that unfortunately. In a nutshell the walls are paper thin, I can even hear my neighbor cough or sneeze…that’s how thin. The hallways and stairwells are often dirty and sometimes makes you feel like you live in a low rent hotel. Only 7 guest parking spaces for the whole complex and when I called to ask where my guests could go I was told to pay for another space! ...Several car break-ins and robberies and even though they finally got “security”, many rules are still not enforced. Building 1 has more amenities than other buildings, such as a trash shoot, elevator and the gym/game room and rooftop lounge is attached so it feels like the other buildings were an afterthought.
